Winnipeg Jets live anniversary celebration show

It’s been a while since I’ve managed to write anything on this awesome Winnipeg Jets site. I’ve been working on a re-design that just seems to be taking way too long to complete, plus we’ve been putting in some time on our latest venture in PCSN.tv – a new fan site that will be launching very soon – so go check that out now.

As you likely know, we also do a weekly Winnipeg Jets podcast that talks all things hockey, and of course Winnipeg Jets. This Friday, June 1 we’re doing a live Jets celebration show. We’ll be celebrating the fact it’s been a year for this site, plus more importantly, a full year that the NHL has finally returned toWinnipeg.

Don’t be afraid to tune in to the live show between 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT on Friday. We’ll have some video, but you don’t have to watch…you can just open it in a browser window and hide it behind your other ‘work’ windows. You’ll also be able to tune in on your smart phone as well. And if you miss the show, you can catch it on the JHP website, or in iTunes and other places on the web.

Highlights of the show include taking your calls about what it’s been like to be a Jets fan for the past year. Give us a call anytime at 855.321.JETS (855.321.5387) and leave a message if we don’t get to you right away. We’ve also got representatives from each of the Jets organizations – Colorado Eagles,St. John’s IceCaps & Winnipeg Jets – to answer some questions and reflect on the previous year. Add to that some great hockey personalities and it’s sure to be an amazing show.

We’re very excited about it and hope you are too. In fact, we even created a Facebook Event for it to remind you, so feel free to join us at http://jetshockeypodcast.com/live/ in just a couple of days.
